As a former pro ball player, with 20 years of coaching and training experience, Steve is highly skilled to bring out the best in any player -- at every level. His training techniques address both the mental and physical game, and improve the overall health of his players, on and off the field.
Steve offers a wide variety of unique tools, drills and techniques that he learned from some of the greatest trainers and coaches while playing for Sacramento State, Santa Ana College and the Pittsburgh Pirates organization.
Baseball is played every day, which can take a toll on the body. Steve’s training focuses on holistic, healthy practices to ensure mental acuity and physical longevity. He works with his students, meeting them at their level, to improve the five tools including arm strength, hitting for average, hitting for power, speed, glove work and the sixth tool of footwork. He also offers training methods to cultivate flexibility, mental focus and overall balance for his players.
PERSONALIZED TRAINING SESSIONS
We’ll work on hitting, glove work, footwork, strength training, hand-eye coordination, and even special breathing techniques that help with focus, presence and a positive frame of mind.
Private: $120 per student
Monthly Package (4 or 8 sessions): $100 per student
Group Training (3 to 5 ppl): $80 per student
Indoor State of the Art Facility
Private: $175 per student
Monthly Package (4 or 8 sessions): $150 per student
Group Training (2 to 5 ppl): $100 per student
All sessions are 90-minutes.
